I’ve been growing orchid’s over the last three or four years now. Two of my orchid’s have new flower spikes. They’ve grown quite a bit over the last month. I’m hoping to have them blooming within the next month or so. These two are my newest orchid’s that haven’t re-flowered for me yet. I’m pretty excited about it. I didn’t realize how hard they are to grow for some people. I’ve never really had any problems with them. Although there was one time where I did kill two of them because they got sunburn 🙁
I currently have all of my orchids in a south facing window with the blinds down all the time and they’re doing great. I have five Phalaenopsis orchids, one Cymbidium and one Oncidium orchid. I will post more pictures of all of them as they start to come back into bloom. I’m hoping to start expanding the types of orchids I have once we move into a bigger place. Which will hopefully be within the next couple of months.
Happy shifting house and expanding your orchid collection!
Thanks!
