Last week I started going back to the gym after not going for several months. I really need to lose some of this weight that I gained from the steroids that I was on for 10 months. I also want to work on being healthier this year. This includes working on what I eat.
In regards to the gym I’m now doing some cardio and strength training 3 days a week. I’m trying to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I’m also keeping track of my workouts using Evernote. I want to see my progress. I think it’ll help motivate me to go if I can see what I’m accomplishing. I also took some measurements of my body as another way to see what I have accomplished. I’d love to lose about 15 lbs by my sisters wedding in June.
