WEGO Health: We love random acts of kindness. Write about a time that you benefitted from the kindness of a stranger, or a time when you were the one extending a helping hand. How did you feel?
The most recent thing that I can think of is when I was flying to Ohio last week. I got asked on my first flight if I could switch seats with this guy’s wife so that they could sit together. They were an older married couple and she was so happy that she got to sit next to her husband on the flight. It’s nice when you can do something simple like switching seats and make someone happy.
