Stress is one of the harder things for me to deal with. I tend to bottle it up and not find a good release for it. I have gotten better at it over the years. But it’s something that I have to learn to deal with because stress tends to bug my IBD symptoms. Please note, that stress does not cause IBD. It just makes me get the runs for a few hours and then I’m back to how I was.

Here are the ways that I deal with stress:

  • Play video games
  • Read books
  • Work out at the gym
  • Listen to angry music
  • Journal
  • Take my dogs for a walk
